Terms and Conditions of Rental Services: The "Roya" Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between **Roya** (the "Lessor") and the customer (the "Lessee"). By completing any booking, payment, or reservation through the "Roya" website, the Lessee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and consented to all terms and conditions set forth herein.

 I. Rental Operations and Operational Protocol

 1. **Scope of Agreement:** This contract grants the Lessee a temporary, non-transferable right to use the items listed in the rental order. This agreement does not convey any ownership rights, intellectual property, or commercial usage rights to the Lessee. Any unauthorized commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

 2. **Contractual Eligibility:** The Lessee warrants that they possess the full legal capacity to enter into this contract and that all information provided—including personal identification, contact details, and delivery addresses—is accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information provided shall constitute a material breach of this agreement, granting the Lessor the immediate right to terminate the contract and withhold any funds paid.

 3. **Strict Adherence to Scheduling:** Rental periods are determined strictly by the dates selected within our booking system. The Lessee is obligated to adhere to the designated pick-up and return times. Any failure to return the item by the agreed-upon date and time shall be classified as "Unauthorized Retention." In such instances, the Lessor reserves the right to charge an additional daily late fee equivalent to double the daily rental rate to compensate for operational disruptions and potential loss of revenue from subsequent bookings.

 II. Cancellation, Refund, and Modification Policy

 1. **Advanced Cancellation Protocol:** Should the Lessee wish to cancel a confirmed booking, they must notify "Roya" via the official communication channels at least **72 hours** prior to the scheduled pick-up date. In such cases, the rental fee will be refunded, minus a non-refundable administrative processing fee of [30%].

 2. **Short-Notice Cancellation:** Any cancellation requested within **48 hours** of the scheduled pick-up date shall result in the forfeiture of the entire rental fee. This policy is strictly enforced due to the inability of the Lessor to re-list the item for other customers, resulting in a direct financial loss for the business.

 III. Damage, Loss, and Liability Framework

 1. **Pre-Inspection and Acceptance:** All items are inspected for structural and aesthetic integrity prior to delivery. Upon receipt, the Lessee is granted a **two-hour grace period** to inspect the item and notify "Roya" of any pre-existing defects. Failure to submit a written report within this timeframe shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the item was delivered in pristine, fully functional condition, shifting all subsequent liability to the Lessee.

 2. **Damage Assessment Procedures:** Any damage—whether physical, structural, or functional—will be subject to a technical assessment by the "Roya" specialized team.

   * **Repairable Damage:** If the damage is deemed superficial or rectifiable, the Lessee shall be responsible for all costs associated with professional restoration, parts, and labor, in addition to an "operational downtime fee."

   * **Catastrophic or Structural Damage:** In the event that an item is rendered unusable, permanently defaced, or structurally compromised, the Lessee is obligated to pay the **full market replacement value** of the item. Payment of this value does not transfer ownership of the damaged item to the Lessee; all damaged goods remain the exclusive property of the Lessor.

 3. **Misuse and Improper Handling:** The application of harsh chemicals, perfumes, household cleaning agents, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions is strictly prohibited. Any degradation of material caused by unauthorized cleaning efforts or negligence will be treated as a direct violation of the rental terms, and the Lessee shall be held financially liable for the total restoration or replacement cost.

 4. **Theft, Loss, and Non-Return:** In the event of theft, permanent loss, or failure to return the item after the grace period, the Lessee is required to pay the total market replacement value. Furthermore, "Roya" reserves the right to initiate formal legal proceedings for breach of trust or misappropriation of property, and may share the Lessee’s personal data with relevant law enforcement authorities to recover losses.

IV. Limitation of Liability

"Roya" shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from an item’s unavailability, malfunction, or any events beyond the Lessor's reasonable control (Force Majeure). The total aggregate liability of "Roya" under this agreement shall never exceed the total rental amount paid by the Lessee for the specific order in question.
